Sydneysiders: another Linux/DevChix movie night is on its way... end of May.
When: Saturday 31 May 2008, from 6pm
Where: Maroubra, please RSVP for the address.
Public transport: about 30 min bus ride from Town Hall, Central or Bondi Junction station.
Parking: Plenty of parking available.
What:
We're going to meet up at 6pm to have some pre-dinner chat and then watch the movie starting at 7pm or so. Please bring some food to share for dinner. The theme of these movie nights is 'geek classics', especially anything with really silly computer scenes. Send an email to the AussieChix list with movie suggestions.

The next Sydney dinner will be hosted by our friends at Yahoo!7 at their fabulous office in Walsh Bay on the 12th of June. As requested, we have technical talks, networking activities, drinks and food.
Two AussieChix members will be speaking:
- Claudia Jayne Mikaelian on Yahoo!7 Maps and other Yahoo APIs; and
- Sara Falamaki on "Happy Programmers for Happy Code".

Linux Chix are warmly invited to come ice skating with the crew from Geek Girl Dinners Melbourne.
This will be a Sunday afternoon event, from 2pm - 4pm on 29 June. The session costs $18 including skate hire.
