Members of AussieChix and Australian employers may wish to advertise jobs to the AussieChix membership. These are our policies on job advertisements.

All jobs advertised must:

• be based in Australia;
• be computing jobs using or developing Linux and/or Open Source-related technology; and
• be a genuine position currently accepting applications.

Advertisements must:

• state the advertiser's relationship with the hiring company (do they own it? are they an employee? are they a paid recruiter?);
• state either the name of the hiring company (preferred) or the name of the recruiting firm the advertiser represents; and
• state the city or region in which the job is located

Advertisements must not:

• have attachments (eg MS Word document files)

You may post either a full advertisement to the list, or a link to an advertisement on a webpage or job board.

Existing members of the mailing list may post job advertisements directly. Others should use the contact form and select the 'Job advertisement' category.
